Rasberry Bellini

Ingredients
120ml sparkling wine
3 raspberries
10ml raspberry liqueur
10ml raspberry syrup

Garnish
2 raspberries

Method
1. Pour the cold sparkling wine into a champagne glass
2. Blend the remaining ingredients with two cubes of ice
3. Pour the blended mixture into the champagne glass
4. Garnish by dropping one raspberry into the glass and placing the other on the glass rim
