Pop Up Metro Mojito

Ingredients
4 mint leaves
1 orange or red grapefruit, sliced
1 lemon wedge
30ml raw sugar syrup
60ml Absolut vodka
Crushed ice
Soda water
1 mint leaf for garnish

Method
1. Muddle mint leaves, orange slices and lemon wedge gently with syrup in a glass
2. Add vodka and crushed ice to the mixture, and stir
3. Fill up with soda water and more crushed ice
4. Garnish with mint leaf
