Pineapple Refresher

Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray Ten gin
60ml fresh pineapple juice
15ml Calvados apple brandy
10ml sugar syrup
Soda

Method
1. Pour all but the soda into a shaker and shake well
2. Double strain into a Collins glass
3. Top up with soda and garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves
4. Garnish with mint leaf

Taste
Tangy and sweet
