Changi Caipirinha
Ingredients
2 tbsp of brown sugar
3 lime wedges
4 kaffir lime leaves
30ml Cachaca liquor
15ml Galliano liqueur
Garnish
1 lime wedge
1 kaffir lime leaf
Method
1. Put brown sugar, lime wedges and kaffir lime leaves into a glass and muddle gently
2. Add Cachaca and crushed ice into the muddled mixture
3. Add Galliano liqueur
4. Garnish with lime wedge and kaffir lime leaf before serving
