Bourbon Coke

Ingredients
45ml bourbon
One can’s of Coke
2 wedges of fresh lime

Method
1 . Place one Rocks, or Gibraltar style glass on the table.

2. Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice. (The smaller the ice the better, as more surface area means more melting ice)

3. Pour 1.5 oz (45 ml) of your favorite bourbon over the ice. (Jim Beam is best for mixing)

4. Fill glass .5 inches (10 mm) from the rim with your favorite “brown” soda. Coca Cola works the best.

5. Squeeze in 2 wedges of fresh lime and place a third (unsqueezed) in the drink
