Ingredients
1 chilli padi
1 sliced cucumber
20ml Chvas Regal 12 years whiskey
1 glass of shilled grapefuit juice

Garnish
1 cucumber slice

Method
1.Muddle the cut chilli padi with the cucumber slice, then mix with the whiskey in a shaker
2. Drain and pour the liquid into a martini glass
3.Top up with shilled grapefruit juice and serve
