Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray
No. 10 gin
15ml Creme de Mure blackberry flavoured liqueur
15ml lemon juice
10ml-15ml sugar syrup
20ml egg white

Garnish
A few mixed berries and a sprig of mint

Method
1. Mix the ingredients with ice and shake
2. Strain and pour into an ice-filled glass

Taste
Sweet and refreshing
