Raspberry Bellini

Ingredients
120ml sparkling wine
3 raspberries
10ml raspberry liqueur
10ml raspberry syrup

Garnish
2 raspberries

Method
1. Pour cold, sparkling wine into a champagne flute
2. Blend the raspberries and raspberry liqueur with two ice cubes in a blender
3. Pour the blended mixture into the champagne flute
4. Drop 1 raspberry into the glass and place another raspberry on the glass rim
